About LetCompliance
We put the whole UK let in one login.
Most landlords and agents run a rental across half a dozen tools: a portal, a referencing site, a spreadsheet, a reminder app, an accountant. LetCompliance replaces that stack. Advertise, reference, collect rent, stay compliant and prepare tax, all in one place.

UK-built · Founder-led · GOV.UK-cited
Built by a landlord, for landlords.
I let property myself, and I was tired of juggling an agent, a spreadsheet and a handful of reminder apps just to stay on the right side of the law. So we built the one login I actually wanted: advertise the property, take applications, collect the rent, and keep every certificate and notice in order, each taken straight from GOV.UK.
LetCompliance is operated from the United Kingdom as a sole-trader business, founded and run by Erdem Volkan. We are oriented to the private rented sector in England and the regulations landlords and agencies face day to day. For formal correspondence use letcomplianceuk@gmail.com.
Why we exist
Running a UK rental has quietly turned into a stack of half a dozen tools: a portal to advertise, a referencing site, a spreadsheet for rent, a reminder app for certificates, an accountant for tax, and disconnected paperwork in between. It is expensive, it drops things, and nothing talks to anything else. LetCompliance exists to put the whole operation in one login so a landlord or agent can run the entire let end to end.
Who we serve
UK private landlords and letting agents in England, from a single flat to branch-scale portfolios — self-managing owners, small and mid-size agencies, and everyone in between. We build for how UK tenancies and the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 actually work, not a generic US “property management” template bent to fit.
What we are (and are not)
LetCompliance is software: the lettings funnel, rent and arrears, a 0–100 compliance score, notice drafting, tax-prep and our done-for-you field team. We are not a law firm, and we are honest about the one thing we do not do (press-submit MTD filing, which pairs with a recognised tool). Nothing here replaces professional legal, tax or safety advice — we point to official sources and you stay the duty holder.
Trust & data
We take UK GDPR seriously. We only process what we need to run the service, and use modern encryption and row-level security so your portfolio data stays yours. Read our Privacy Policy for detail. If something is unclear, contact us — we prefer plain English over legalese.
What LetCompliance runs
Compliance is the foundation, but it is one part of the platform. The same login covers the whole let:
Advertise & reference
List the property, capture applications, book viewings and reference tenants with a regulated UK credit check.
Collect the rent
A live ledger, automatic arrears chasing with receipts, and rent collection by Direct Debit.
Stay compliant
A 0–100 score per property across Gas, EICR, EPC, deposits and Right to Rent, with email + SMS reminders.
Serve notices
Section 8 with verbatim Schedule 2 grounds, Section 13 on Form 4A, and the RRA 2025 duties tracked per tenancy.
Prepare tax
SA105-shaped Tax Pack, Section 24 calculator and MTD-dated quarterly summaries, ready for filing.
Done for you
Our England-based team handles photography, inspections, inventory and contractor sourcing on demand.
How we write about UK law
All compliance guides on LetCompliance are written and reviewed by our UK property compliance team. We cite primary sources — GOV.UK, legislation.gov.uk and statutory instruments — and flag where rules are proposed but not yet in force.
Our content covers YMYL topics: fines, legal obligations and possession procedures. Every fine amount, deadline and legal reference is checked against official sources before publication.
Important: Nothing on this site is legal advice. We are a software company, not a law firm. Always verify obligations with a qualified solicitor or on GOV.UK.
