What areas do you cover?

A little outside is usually fine too. If you're further out or not sure, message us first (the contact page) and we'll confirm before you pay, so you're never charged for a viewing we can't make.
How much is it?
£49 per viewing, paid upfront. No VAT, no subscription. Fully refundable if we can't cover your area or time.
Do you offer 24/7 viewings?
No. We're a small, local service and book viewings by arrangement, mostly daytime and early evening. We'll confirm your slot before the visit.
Do I need to be there?
No. As long as we can get access (keys with the agent, a key safe, or you meet us), there's no need for you to attend.
Do you give feedback on the applicants?
Yes. After each viewing we email you a short note: who attended, how it went and anything they asked or flagged, so you can decide who to take forward.
Can you do evening or weekend viewings?
Often, yes. We book by arrangement and many viewings land in the early evening or at weekends when applicants are free. Tell us the slot and we'll confirm.
What if the applicant doesn't show up?
It happens. We wait a reasonable time and let you know. You can rebook the slot for another applicant whenever suits.
