How much is it, and what's included?
Professional photos are £79, one-off. Add a measured floor plan for £25. Both are watermark-free and royalty-free. Once they're yours, you can use them anywhere, forever.
Is this for lettings or sales?
Both. Whether you're advertising a property to let or for sale, professional photos and a floor plan help it stand out and move faster.
Do I own the photos?
Yes. Every photo and floor plan is delivered without watermarks and is yours to keep and reuse on any portal or listing.
How long does it take?
Your edited photos are usually ready within a few days of the shoot, sent to you by email in full quality.
Can you do same-day?
Often, yes. Same-day shoots are usually possible with around 3 hours' notice, subject to availability in your area. Pick today's date when you book and we'll confirm.
